- Özel hastaneler için, Sağlık Bakanlığı'ndan alınmış "Özel Hastane Açılış ve Mesul Müdürlük Ruhsatı",
- İrtibat büroları için, Başbakanlık Hazine Müsteşarlığı Yabancı Sermaye Genel Müdürlüğü'nden alınmış "İrtibat Bürosu Açılım Belgesi",
- Yabancı bir kuruluşun Türkiye distribütörlüğünü ya da temsilciliğini yapan kuruluşlar için, başvurulan alan adına ait tescil belgesi gerekmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra isim sahibi şirketin başvurulan alan adının distribütör ya da temsilci şirket tarafından alınabileceğine dair iznini belgeleyen antetli kağıtları üzerinde, imzalı ve kaşeli yetki belgesi,
- Radyo ve televizyonlar için, Radyo ve Televizyon Üst Kurulu (RTÜK)'ndan alınmış frekans tahsisini bildiren resmi yazı,
- Dergi ve gazeteler için, "derginin/gazetenin aslı" ve "Mevkute Beyannamesi Alındı Belgesi",
- Süresiz yayınlar için, yayının aslı,
- İlaç isimleri için, "Yabancı Tıbbi Müstahzarlar Ruhsatnamesi",
- Çiftlikler için, bağlı bulunduğu ziraat odasından kayıt belgesi.
- Gemiler için, "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Gemi Tasdiknamesi"
